The hotel is overall clean and well decorated with a lovely building. The rooms feature a kingsize bed, dining table, and a nice view. The venue offers views of the sunset over Mt Cootha. It is conveniently located a short walk from a train station.

Got good modern and well-maintained room with PLEASANT views of the sunset over Mt Cootha and an adjoining terrace, a lounge area and a carpet. Marvellous and fantastic location, close to restaurants and casinos. For tea or coffee visit Pancake Manor nearby.

Beds were a bit hard.

We stayed in a fantastic executive apartment on the 23rd floor, and the location was perfect for exploring Queen Street Mall on foot.

Incredible and stunning location, a short walk to Queen Street Mall. Also located a short walk to a train station. Reasonably priced, brand-new room with it's own balcony, a patio, and a lounge area.

Customer service upon arrival was rude and told us to go find our own parking.

Please advertise height of parking not everyone that stays in the city will drive a small car, when we arrived and could not fit we were told basically it’s not their problem and we had to find our own parking. Not helpful at all

The hotel was immaculately clean. the staff were really friendly and responded quickly to our every request. - the rooms were impressive and of high standard. - the rooms were equipped with a patio and a carpet. - the large bathroom was the best.

The location of the apartments and the wonderful glass balcony/dining room.

Very close to everything in the city fantastic for short stays either couples or for bussiness.

The parking was very confusing with no levels marked, no heated pools just a barely heated spa, the lifts are to slow to arrive (sometimes 15 mins) the foyer is probably the ugliest and plainest I have seen, very uninviting.

The room was super clean and tidy. I got the fancy apartment with awesome city views, and it was all really nice. the staff was so friendly and helpful, 👍.

We did have som trouble finding the correct car park as it was a bit confusing. When we entered the car park we went up and instead of down.

The room was nicely decorated and the view of the sunset was delightful. Great beds, a balcony, a patio, and a safe were a nice touch. the place had a special atmosphere. the private parking was on-site, very good service. the location turned out to be magnificent, so close to bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, the casino.

Well appointed modern rooms with excellent facilities and location. The glass indoor/outdoor dining area is an amazing feature.

Room smelt a bit and was quite hot inside had no fan just aircon available..aircon not strong.. very stuffy n hot waiting for the lifts etc..
